   Skilled Nursing
At Home Network’s skilled nursing is led by an experienced team that includes a Director of Nursing who is a registered nurse (RN), along with a Rehabilitation Director. In addition, registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our nurses also train family members and friends to assist the patients with medications, disease process and activities of daily living.
At Home Network provides nursing services that include:

   Wound Care Nurse
At Home Network, Inc. certified Wound Care Nurse serves as a consultant, educator in home health care. In addition, our certified Wound Care Nurse provides expert care in the management of patients with wound, OSTOMY and/or continence issues.
At Home Network, Inc. Wound Care Nurses provide many services including:

   Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists are concerned with maximizing movement potential, within the spheres of motion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. This involves the interaction between clients, families and care givers. Our physical therapists use their unique knowledge and skills to assess joint movements and establish obtainable goals for every patient.
Some of the conditions that physical therapists manage include:
Back and Neck Pain Spinal and Joint conditions, such as Arthritis biomechanical problems and muscular control Cerebral Palsy and Spinal Bifida heart and lung conditions, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Atelectasis Sport-Related Injuries headaches (Carcinogenic and Tension-Type Headache) Stress Incontinence neurological conditions, such as Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis

   Occupational Therapy
At Home Network’s occupational therapists work with people to maximize their skills and abilities. Occupational therapy gives people the "skills for the job of living" necessary for meaningful and satisfying lives.
   Medical Social Workers
At Home Network‘s medical social workers assess the patient's and family's psychosocial functioning and intervene as necessary. Interventions may include connecting patients and families to necessary resources and supports in the community or helping a patient to expand and strengthen their network of social supports. Our medical social workers typically work on an interdisciplinary team with professionals of other disciplines (such as nursing, occupational and physical therapy, etc.). At Home Network’s medical social workers are diligent in their positions and are deeply dedicated to assisting the patients who are in need.
   Registered Dietician
At home Network's dietician is an expert in food and nutrition. Dieticians help promote good health through proper eating. They develop modified diets and educate individuals on good nutritional habits. The goals of the dietary department are to educate patients and families on specific diets for disease process, such as diabetes, renal failure, CHF and COPD.
  Home Health Aides
At Home Network‘s home health aides (work under either a nurse or physical therapist) provides routine, personal healthcare, such as bathing, dressing, or grooming to our clients in their homes. Our home health aides will also train family members and friends to assist the clients.
