At Home Network’s skilled nursing is led by an experienced team that includes a Director of Nursing who is a registered nurse (RN), along with a Rehabilitation Director. In addition, registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our nurses also train family members and friends to assist the patients with medications, disease process and activities of daily living.

At Home Network, Inc. provides, skilled nursing, specialized therapies, and personalized services to the client in their home. These services can be provided temporarily or an ongoing basis as ordered by their physician. Services available include assessment & incrustations of medication, disease process, self care and home safety. Visiting health professionals include Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Speech-Language Pathologists, Dietitians, and Home Health Aides.
